PARENT & CITIZENS ASSOCIATION
The P&C provides assistance to the school through fundraising activities. The purpose and goal of the P&C is to promote the interests of the school by bringing parents, citizens, students and teaching staff into close co-operation. The P&C raises funds to assist in providing facilities and equipment for the school and promoting the recreation and welfare of the students. Being involved can be a rewarding experience.
P&C meetings are held in Week 2 of every month 6pm-7pm and all parents are warmly encouraged to attend.
The meetings provide a forum where parents and carers can participate in making decisions, discuss matters of interest and look for ways to further support the school.
PARENT INVOLVEMENT AND THE P&C
Parents and families play an important role in supporting their child's education. We value and encourage parents and carers to be involved in their child's learning and progress both at school and beyond.
Ways you can get involved:
Introduce yourself to your child's teacher
Ask about your child's progress
Attend monthly P&C meetings and volunteer at events
Attend school special events
See our calendar for upcoming events.
P&C CLASS PATRON
Each year classes elect a P&C class patron to assist with sharing information from the P&C. The class representative can help with organisational questions for each class and arranges the end of year gift for the teacher. To connect with your class patron get in touch.
