Crown Street Public School — School Staff Survey

About this survey

Crown Street Public School P&C is applying for a NSW Government Community Building Partnership grant to fund a covered walkway connecting the main school building, the toilet block, and the hall. 

The walkway would provide all-weather covered access for students making these journeys throughout the school day — something the school currently lacks.

To support our application, we need evidence from staff about the day-to-day impact of the current situation. Your responses will be used directly in the grant submission. The survey is anonymous and takes approximately two minutes to complete.
