OPEN P&C ROLES
WE’D LOVE TO FILL IN 2025
The P&C is looking forward to another great year!
We’re excited for another successful year, but as always, we need helping hands to achieve our goals! A huge thank you to those who have already put their hand up for roles—we couldn’t do this without you!
There are still some key positions open, and we’d love to fill them with enthusiastic people. It’s fun, easy, and a great way to be part of our amazing community! We're all full time working parents who do what we can. Commitment comes in all different shapes and sizes. We have cheat sheets for what has happened before and we welcome new ideas and approaches.
EXECUTIVE ROLES:
Vice Presidents (x2) – Shadow and support current executives, assist during busy periods, and help with succession planning. (We have one nomination already—just need one more!)
SUBCOMMITTEE ROLES VACANT:
Communications & Community Engagement Coordinator – Connect with sponsors, find new ones, and source raffle prizes.
Event Coordinator (or 2) – Oversee event planning, ensure budgets and values align, and manage supplies. Keep event blueprints up to date!
Social Media & Website Coordinator – Manage FB/IG posts and website updates (training provided). Shared role with Hank but he is leaving end of 2025!
Movie Night Coordinator – Simple event with an easy-to-follow blueprint.
Mini Maker Market Coordinator – Help refresh this event! Blueprint provided.
Kitchen/Garden Leads/Shadow in 2025 – Help with Thursday sessions (not every week). Jill & Alex will wrap up by 2025/2026, so we need people to step in. Love cooking? Maybe share a special family recipe as a one-off!
Crown Street Sustainability Committee Lead – Open role. Shape it your way! Past projects included fruit + veg boxes, Return & Earn programs, and working with the Environmental Warriors.
