Bop Til You Drop will be bringing the disco magic, with the year groups split into sessions so everyone gets plenty of time to get their groove on!
Sausage sizzle and baked treats will be available to purchase throughout the night.
Our FREE photobooth is back! Grab your family, your besties or your favourite little monsters and snap a photo to take home. No tricks, no treats, no charge!
A few important things to know:
Entry is FREE, but the event is strictly for CSPS students and their younger siblings only.
This is a parent-supervised event. Every child must remain under the supervision and care of their parent or adult carer throughout the evening. We have a safety measure in place where every child needs to arrive with a parent and register with a wrist band with their carers number on it. Pre - registration is encouraged but not essentials - it will just save us recording it manually when you arrive.
We have a few logistics in place to help keep the night safe, happy and running smoothly - please take a moment to read all the information below before you arrive.
🙋♀️ Volunteers needed! We do need some extra pairs of hands to help make the night run smoothly. Volunteers must hold an unpaid volunteer WWCC through Service NSW. If you can help, please sign up via the link above.

🎃 Halloween Disco at CSPS! 🎃

Time:
K–2 Disco: 5:00–6:15pm (gates open 4:55pm)
Y3–Y6 Disco: 6:30–8:00pm (gates open 6:00pm)
🍬 If you’ve got a younger sibling, you’re welcome to come early and grab some dinner. The hall and photo booth will be K–2 only until 6:15pm. To keep things running smoothly, we’d love our Y3–Y6 crew to arrive closer to 6:30pm (unless you’re coming early to eat). We strongly encourage you to only attend your age group area. This helps everyone enjoy their session and makes things easier for volunteers.
🍔 Food + Drinks
Sausage sizzle, cold drinks, and bake sale treat for sale all night.
Food service from 5:00–7:30pm.
Cash & card accepted - small cash is handy so kids can buy their own treat!
💧 We won’t be selling bottled water, bubblers will be available so please BYO water bottle in need.
🌙 Aftercare
We’ve let OHSC know the details and hope they’ll bring along any interested children.
🎨 Quiet Room
Need a breather? A quiet room will be open for drawing and colouring. Perfect if younger siblings are waiting while older ones dance!
👀 Parent Supervision
We’re grateful for how parents supervise their children on the night. We have introduced a new safety measure. Children must arrive with a parent/carer and check in at the registration desk. To make things easier we encourage pre-registration but it is not essential. On arrival every child will be recorded against a parent/carer and be given a wrist band with their adults phone number on it. Any child arriving without an adult will be asked to call their parents.
Please keep an eye on your children, especially outside the hall and in the bathrooms. The playground will be closed thank you for helping us keep things safe and enjoyable for everyone.

❓ FAQ
Q: I have kids in both groups — can they stay for both sessions?
A: Yes, families can be on site. Y3–Y6 students should wait until 6:30pm to access the hall and photo booth. K–2 students may stay for the Y3–Y6 session if supervised by you. Sessions are planned to give each age group their own fun time, so please stick to your session where possible.
Q: Can high school siblings join?
A: The disco is just for primary students, but high schoolers are welcome to volunteer with food service.
Q: Can ex-CSPS students attend?
A: Sorry, this event is for current CSPS students only.
Q: Can adults bring alcohol?
A: No, alcohol is not permitted on site.
Q: Can I bring my own food?
A: Yes! Just remember we’re a nut-free school and please use the bins provided.
